The United States and Canada

  • We have opted to choose suppliers who ship from warehouses located in the United States and Canada! This ensures that products are shipped to you within 2-9 business days once the order is processed. Please note processing times for your purchase may vary. 

The United Kingdom

  • We aim to ship orders within 2-7 business days depending on our suppliers. Shipping details for your product will be available at checkout. 

Please note:

  • Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method, and other factors (i.e. Pandemic causing postal delays).

Shipping cost:

  • Orders over $50 will have free shipping.
  • Orders under $50 will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and country. The full price will be displayed at checkout.

  • We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards & PayPal.
  • We do not store any of your payment information

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 14-days Return & Exchange Policy:

  • If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund.
  • Timing: we have a 14-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
  • To be eligible for a return, goods must be unworn, unused, have the original tags and be accompanied by proof of purchase with the original packaging. 
  • For returns, please email support@nuravie.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
  • We will provide you (our customer) with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
  • When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
  • If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after

Shipping Labels

  • We provide shipping labels to make returns easy for you at a cost of $7.99 per item
  • We waive shipping label fees if you have purchased a Premium Name Brand product over $200.

How to make the process easier?

  • We require pictures of your product when requesting refunds. Taking a picture of your product and sending it to us in your return request can make the process smoother and easier for all of us.

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns

  • We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to the following:

- an irregular or excessive return history indicating "wardrobing"

- an irregular or excessive return history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items

- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity

Some of our suppliers need an additional 2-7 business days to process your order prior to shipping. This especially applies to our premium Name Brand suppliers such as Gucci, Burberry, Emporio Armani, Santoni, and others. Please keep this time period in mind in addition to 2-7 days of shipping time for you to receive products.
